Commercial Gas Engineer

About:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Mobile Multi-Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our clients team in Sutton, who would be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, testing, corrective works, and minor installations across a range of commercial buildings, plant and site.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of general maintenance, reactive services, and corrective works on buildings, plant, and site equipment.

*

Perform testing and inspection of mechanical systems in accordance with current regulations and industry standards.

*

Ensure all plant and systems are maintained and operated for maximum efficiency, availability, and reliability.

*

Conduct remedial and refurbishment works following breakdowns or maintenance inspections.

*

Complete mechanical maintenance tasks and corrective works in line with maintenance instructions.

*

Perform minor new works installations, including commissioning and testing.

*

Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and site personnel.

BMP1 Boosters low pressure)

CCN1 Core Domestic Gas Safety

*

CDGA1 Commercial Direct Fired Heating Appliances

*

CIGA1 Commercial Indirect Fired Heating Appliances

*

CODNCO1 Domestic to Commercial Changeover Natural Gas)

*

CORT1 Commercial Radiant Tube Overhead Heaters desirable but not essential)

*

CPA1 Combustion Performance Analysis

*

ICPN1 Installation of Commercial Pipework

*

TPCP1A Testing Purging of Low-Pressure Commercial Pipework

*

Full UK Drivers Licence

*
