Salary: Up to £38, + Company Van Fuel

A well‘established social housing contractor is looking for a skilled Carpenter with strong multi‘trade abilities to join their busy reactive maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone confident handling day‘to‘day repairs/ reactive maintenance and comfortable taking on locksmith tasks when required.
What Youll Need
* NVQ in Carpentry or Timeserved
* Proven multi‘trade background
* Experience carrying out locksmith work
* Previous social housing maintenance experience
* Full UK driving licence
