We are seeking an experienced BricklayerGroundworker for our clients project in the Teddington TW11) area.

Pay Rate: £24 per day
Hours: MondayFriday, 8:3am 5:pm
Duration: Ongoing

Requirements:

Valid Blue CSCS Card
Full PPE
Previous experience in brickwork and groundwork
Physically fit and willing to muck in where necessary
Good common sense and ability to plan work effectively

Duties include:

Reinstating, re-dressing, and repointing brick details around path edges and steps throughout various areas of the park depending on condition).
Re-laying slabs to pathway steps where required.
Inspecting and levelling the sub-base of the pathway using a whacker plate.
Installing approximately 27 tonnes of Type 1 stone to the pathway and compacting it.
Applying a 12-tonne top dress of stone to achieve a clean, finished look and compacting into place.
Moving materials from the laydown area to the work zone using machinery and manual handling where access is limited.

This role involves hands-on work and some graft, but with the right attitude and planning, it will run smoothly.
