Full job description
Profile:
* Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
* Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.
* Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
* Good listening and communication skills.

* Attention to detail
Works will consist of:
* Installing and replacing pipework and other fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, urinals, water heaters cylinders OTP commercial domestic
* Servicing of water heaters, cylinders, pumps.
* Installation of air ground source heat pumps renewable energy)
* Installing and maintaining all domestic commercial water supply systems.
* Installation of pipe supports clips prior to installation
* Assemble replacement of mechanical / plumbing fittings and valves
* Locate and repair issues with water supply lines e.g. leaks breakdowns of plant equipment)
* Full Site surveys with materials required plant lists
* Repair or replacement broken drainage pipework Blockage clearances.
* Installations of waste disposal and sanitary systems
* Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
* Use of saws and pipe cutters as necessary

Experience:
* Plumbing: 3-5 years preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving License required)
* CSCS preferred)
* City Guilds required)
