Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects from tender through to final account? About You
* Degree or HNC with relevant experience) in Quantity Surveying or similar.
* 5+ years post-graduate experience
* Strong all-round knowledge of tenders, contracts, variations, and cost management.
* Confident in building costs independently, not just via supply chain.
* Subcontractor experience desirable but not essential.
* Based within one hours commute of Ealing office office-based role with site visits).
* Professional, commercially astute, and eager to take ownership of projects.
