WANTED Senior Planner Birmingham Reputable Building Contractor

Opportunity to join a reputable Tier 1 building main contractor working on a variety of multi million pound building sector projects.

COMPANY:

Interesting vacancy for a Senior Planner, opportunity to join a reputable building main contractor with long term projects in the midlands.

Ideal opportunity for an already experienced Senior Planner or an intermediate level Planner who is ready for promotion to Senior.

ROLE:

Mix of tender and live works planning duties, using Asta power project software.

REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this Planner role you must meet the following criteria:

- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Planner, Planning Engineer, Planning Manager, Project Controller, Project Manager or Site Manager.
- Previous experience in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, MOJ, Industrial or Education.
- Previous Main Contractor employment.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification Degree / HND / HNC etc).

The successful Planner will receive:
