Multiple Painter Decorator Needed - Social Housing Mobile Role)

Location: Harlow / North London South London /Croydon
Pay Rate: £21.18 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Painter Decorator to join our team, working on social housing properties across Harlow and Croydon. This is a mobile role, so you'll be provided with a company van to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating, including:
Painting Decorating
Finishing work
Mould washing
Surface preparation prepping)
Complete reactive maintenance and planned works in social housing properties
Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and is finished to a high quality
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clientsRequirements:

Proven experience in social housing or domestic properties
Full UK driving licence essential)
Standard DBS check essential)
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting Decorating preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage your own workloadWhat We Offer:
