A leading Central London architecture practice with around 6 talented designers is looking for a Part 3 Architect to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, design-led studio delivering commercial and multi-residential projects across the UK.

The Role

Youll play a key role in the delivery of complex, large-scale projects, working from RIBA Stages 37. The position is ideal for an architect who enjoys the technical and coordination aspects of project delivery while maintaining a strong design focus. Youll be working closely with senior team members, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are executed to the highest standard.

About You

Fully qualified Part 3 Architect ARB registered preferred)

*

Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification

*

Strong Revit proficiency is essential

*

Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 37

*

Experience across commercial and multi-residential sectors

*

Remediation project experience is advantageous

*

Excellent coordination, communication, and technical problem-solving skills

*

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
