Senior Quantity Surveyor

* London zone one projects - £3m to £6m project value
* Full-time project based
We are looking for two Senior Quantity Surveyors to join a leading engineering contractor delivering major projects across Central London. They're busy now, with a strong pipeline, hence the need to strengthen. An excellent opportunity to join a well know contractor who take on schemes in the heart of the capital.
Brief info:
* Manage/oversee all commercial activities as project lead, reporting into Commercial Director
* Prepare and manage valuations, cost reports, and procurement schedules
* Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project targets are met
* Monitor project budgets, variations, and final accounts to maximise profitability
About you:
* Demonstrable track record as lead QS on projects up to £5m
* Proven track record on projects within Central London tight logistical constraints etc.)
* Exp with enabling works, structural alterations, RC works
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Excellent knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts and strong negotiation skills
