Description
Senior Site Manager required to work under a PM on a £2.3m high end residential refurbishment in the Chelsea area. Job is a high specification, bespoke refurbishment with some complex structural elements alongside top quality interior finishes and specs.
The successful candidate will be a hands on Manager, great with subcontract supervision, organised and proficient in working to programme, regular reporting and client interaction. We are looking for a Manager with a genuine passion for quality and a love of being on site ensuring quality, safety standards and performance on daily basis.
