As a Steel Erection Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of heavy industrial steelwork on-site. The position involves leading a team, ensuring safety compliance, and driving progress in line with the project's construction schedule.
Key Requirements:

Proven supervisory experience in heavy industrial steel erection
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Boiler installation or maintenance experience is highly desirable
SSSTS or equivalent supervisory certification) required
Must be reliable, safety-focused, and confident in high-risk environments
