Maintenance Officer

Full Time site based in N1 N12

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Must have own tools for this role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative to work across two busy hotel sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that both properties are maintained to a high standard and operating efficiently for guests and staff. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone with broad maintenance experience and a proactive attitude.

Duties will include:

* Carry out routine and emergency repairs across both hotel sites

* Respond promptly to reported issues including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and decorating tasks

* Perform regular building checks

* Liaise with hotel management and external contractors when needed

* Maintain a clear log of all maintenance tasks completed or pending

* Assist with room turnarounds, minor refurbishments and maintenance schedules
