Lagger

Were currently looking for experienced Laggers / Thermal Insulation Engineers to join a well-established ME contractor working across commercial, residential, and industrial projects throughout London/Kent. Youll be responsible for the installation and maintenance of insulation on pipework, ductwork, and vessels to ensure thermal efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Apply insulation materials to hot and cold pipework, ductwork, and plant.

Measure, cut, and fit insulation and cladding materials including aluminium, PIB, and steel).
*
Work from drawings and site instructions to meet project specifications.
*
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company HS policies.
*
Assist with pre-insulation preparation and final finishes.
*
Liaise with supervisors and site managers to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality standards.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Lagger / Thermal Insulation Engineer.
*
Proficient in both hot and cold insulation systems.
*
Valid CSCS card essential).
*
Own tools and PPE preferred).
*
Full UK driving licence and reliable transport.
*
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
