Were working with a respected and well-established Midlands-based drylining subcontractor to find a capable and experienced Project Manager to lead a £4.5M drylining and plastering package on a large new-build apartment scheme. This is a site-based role, managing the package for a major main contractor.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Running all aspects of a large-scale drylining/plastering package

* Managing site teams, sub-contractors, and liaising with the main contractor

* Monitoring progress, quality, safety, and programme delivery

* Reporting into senior leadership and ensuring successful project delivery

* Working with a company that values simple processes, technical expertise, and good people

What Were Looking For:

* Proven experience managing large-scale drylining packages ideally £3M+)

* Black CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certified

* A solid and stable work history with reputable drylining subcontractors

* Strong technical knowledge and a practical, hands-on approach to delivery
