Our client is one of the UKs leading independent builders merchants, providing top-quality service to local builders, contractors, and developers. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting a Branch Manager to manage an established builders merchants in South East London

This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of agreat site, drive business growth, and build a high-performing team. Youll be responsible for day-to-day operations, PL management, and establishing the branchs presence in the local market.

What Were Looking For:

… Proven experience in managing and leading teams within a builders merchant or similar trade environment.
… Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing a multi-million-pound PL.
… Excellent knowledge of building materials and the ability to trade effectively.
… A deep understanding of the local market, competitors, and industry trends.
