Salary: £38, £45, Commensurate with Experience)

This opportunity would be ideal for a recently qualified Architect or experienced Architect / Project Architect with proven experience in residential or mixed-use projects and who is confident using Revit on live UK projects.

Duties:
Work as part of a project team delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use projects in Revit
Prepare detailed and coordinated technical drawing packages through RIBA Stages 35
Contribute to concept and planning submissions, including presentation material and design reports
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout delivery
Assist with BIM coordination and uphold studio Revit standards across live projects
Support senior team members with project management, specification writing and construction detailing
Requirements:
ARB registered and Masters Qualified as an Architect
Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience
Proficient in Revit essential)
Experience working on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects in the UK
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
A proactive, organised and collaborative approach with genuine enthusiasm for high-quality, sustainable design
