Project Manager Construction

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the ten-strong main contractors production team on a landmark development in Walthamstow, which will see the redevelopment of a large site that was previously a public house into a new 5 capacity bar and music venue with 27 affordable residential units.

Candidate Essentials
* Stable career record on large resi-led projects for main contractors in London.
* SMSTS and Black CSCS Card
* Asta powerproject proficiency preferred.
With interviews available from w/c 8/9/25, employment is expected to commence before Christmas and salary is a very competitive £1k to £12k + package.
