Contract: 3-Months initially, with a view to a full-time permanent role
Pay: £15 - £17 per hour PAYE), depending on experience equivalent to £33, per year)

We are working on behalf of a busy and very well-established and respected construction company based and operating in Central London. They are looking to recruit a reliable Van Driver / Yard Operative to join their team.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in construction logistics, who is confident working in a fast-paced yard environment and making deliveries to sites across London.

Role Responsibilities:

Organising and maintaining the yard - loading/unloading materials and equipment;
Driving a company van 3.5 tonne flatbed truck) to deliver materials, tools, and equipment to various construction sites;
Supporting trades and site teams with equipment distribution;
Ensuring deliveries are accurate, safe, and timely;
Keeping the yard area tidy, secure, and compliant with health safety standards.Key Requirements:

Full UK driving licence - Category B essential);
Previous experience in a construction yard or builders merchant essential);
Good knowledge of construction materials, plant tools;
Physically fit and capable of manual handling;
Strong understanding of site safety and procedures;
