An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of Londons largest and most respected ME contractors. The business is experiencing sustained growth and is now seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join their commercial fit-out team on a major project based in Kings Cross.

The Role:

Youll play a key role in delivering high-end CAT A and CAT B electrical fit-outs on a fast-paced commercial scheme. The role involves leading the on-site electrical team, ensuring installations are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day electrical installation works on site

*

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site labour

*

Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and health safety standards

*

Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management

*

Liaise with project managers, consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

*

Ensure all works meet client and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing electrical works on CAT A/B commercial fit-out projects

*

Strong background working with Tier 1 or large ME contractors preferred)

*

Good technical knowledge of electrical systems, containment, distribution, and lighting

*

SMSTS or SSSTS, and ECS/CSCS card required

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
